At Vodafone, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new technology. If your device or accessory isn't quite right, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of purchase provided it remains in its original, resaleable condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Vodafone account online or visit a local retail store with your proof of purchase to start the return process.

  Prepare the Device

  Ensure the device is powered off, all personal data is wiped, and it is packed in its original box with all included cables and accessories.

• 3.
  Ship or Drop Off

  Use the provided prepaid shipping label to mail your item back to our distribution center or hand it over to a representative at a Vodafone store.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement within 3-5 business days.
